Pineapple Fritters with Sugar


Ingredients: 

1 Tin of Pineapple Slices
Cup of Flour
Half Cup Water
An Egg
 and Sugar.. Naturally!

Method:  
Pre-heat Deep Fryer to 140+ degrees

Add Flour, Water and the egg into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer.

Dip Pineapple slices in the batter and slowly put them in the Deep Fryer (slowly to stop them from sticking to the bottom).

Cook until golden brown

Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon.

ENJOY!

Sounds delicious! I bet it would be even better with cinnamon added. Mmm... I think I'll make these tomorrow!
