TDOC Cooking Prep + Menu

Now this Christmas Tradition is a brand new one now that myself and Jie have joined Nevaeh and Davids love of baking.

This year Jie has been in the kitchen cooking more than any other. 

So this year, in the lead up to Christmas day, we made Chocolate balls, Jelly Cups, Cinnamon biscuits, Savoury Scrolls, Pizza Scrolls, Vanilla and Boysenberry Cupcakes and egg and bacon muffins.

 

Our Christmas Menu this year looks like this:

Grazing Platter

Roast Pork with cranberry &/or Apple Sauce
Roasted Potato, sweet potato, pumpkin and Carrot
Peas and Corn
Dinner rolls

Dessert:
Homemade Chocolate Balls
Jelly cups
Christmas Pudding with custard and ice-cream
