These are what Pop called his “specialty” and he would only do these on very very special occasions such as Melbourne Cup day, Christmas or Derby Day. He taught me how to make them and now, he taught you how to make them!

2 large brown onions
Red Capsicum
Green Capsicum
Tinned Pinapple Pieces
Wooden Skewers

Thread all ingredients onto wooden skewers
Cook on the BBQ, Under the Grill or in a frying pan.
