Aunty Sue's Stew Recipe

 


 Utensils:


Sharp Knife
Chopping Board
Fork
Large Pot
Table Spoon
Wooden Spoon


Ingredients:

500g Diced Beef
1 Can of Diced tomato
1pkt Beef Stock
2 large potatoes
1pkt Frozen Winter Veggies (brocoli, cauliflower, carrot)
2-3 tbs Instant Gravy
1 tbs mixed herbs
Tomato Sauce
Salt & Pepper


  Method:

Step 1: Sear off beef mince in small batches and set aside

Step 2: Chop up potatoes 

Step 3: Into a Large Pot pour in Beef Stock, can of diced tomato, diced potato , mixed veggies, meat and mixed herbs.

Step 4: Set the stove heat to hot and bring to the boil.

Step 5: Once boiling turn heat to the lowest heat and leave simmer for 3 hours.
