Easy Air Fried Veggies

 


Meal prep has just gotten even easier.

Since my son has been focusing on his health, we do meal preps on Sundays or on my Mondays off together. 

This week I taught him how to air fry veggies for his chicken and rice bowls.

Veggies we used were broccoli, cauli flower, red and green capsicum and mushrooms.

We tossed them together with some olive oil, salt and pepper and popped them on an Air fryer liner in which you can find here..

We air fried them for around 10 minutes on 200 degrees Celsius. 

So easy and so so good for anything and everything!

Another good one to keep for later and try yourself..
