Over the lockdown period the kids had to do school online so when the government announced that we were again allowed to travel outdoors I took the opportunity to take the kids out to Bendigo and to Castlemaine to go detecting for gold!
Nevaeh had been learning about the gold rush over the past few weeks so I thought I’d show her what instruments were used back at that time period.
It was an awesome little adventure just us three!
Lots of fun
Lots of laughs
And lots of learning!
