IngredientsApprox 20 prawns peeled and tails removed- 3 garlic clove chopped peeled
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup cream
- 4 cup rice boiled *to serve
- 1 tbs mustardStep1Heat butter and oil in a heavy based pan.Step 2Add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.Step 3Add prawns and stir fry for 2 minutes.Step 4Reduce heat if garlic becomes too brown.Step 5Swirl in the cream and mustard and cook 1 minute longer.Step 6Serve over boiled rice.OptionalSprinkle with parsley, chives or spring onion
