Vienna's First Weekend at GranAunts House

Last Friday my Niecey Noo Jeanette bought my grand Niecy Noo Vienna Faye back to the home she grew up in to meet us all..

After a fun night of arcade gaming and a halloween themed karaoke night with Aunty Sue, Ad's and Brode's we headed home to settle Jeanette and Vi in for the night.

I was fortunate enough to capture this beautiful candid shot of Jeanette with my daughter Nevaeh introducing our boy Altius to her daughter Vienna before I called it a night.

My first hold of Vienna, she dropped her bottom lip and bawled.
Needless to say, she is a mamas girl and with a lot of unfamiliar faces around her I totally understood.

David and I had a pretty jam packed weekend so timing was bad but when Jeanette asked to stay another week I was glad.

Watching my niece with my grand niece being a mama has been absolutely wonderful.

There have been no hard, mad or sad days for my niece and it's so beautiful to see her putting all the love she has to give and wanted so badly to give someone give that love to her daughter.

My niece has reason to be happy and is absolutely shining.

I'm so proud of her.

Last Sunday we introduced Vienna to my besty Nat..

It was a cutsie little arvo where I captured these pics..

Sunday night, we went out for dinner to our favorite local restaurant - Back to Bacchus where 7 month old Vienna enjoyed munging on their Garlic Bread.

It felt good to be out all together as a family - Until Nevaeh left - And to spend some quality time with my niecy noos.

Vienna at 7 months is doing lots and lots of new things each and every day and it's exciting to watch and be a part of that.

On our dinner night out Vi used a cup/glass for the first time..

As they're staying the whole week I'm sure there will be many more firsts to document.

Watch this space..
