My 2025 Goals



It's always good to have a plan for the year ahead. Here are my goals for 2025.

 Personal Goals

Eat three healthy meals a Day
Cut Sugar, Take Away + Alcohol
Walk at least 30mins a Day
Lose 20kg
Sleep at least 8 hours a night

Family Goals

Spend one-on-one time once a month with each of my Kids.
Plan a future without me (What this will look like for everyone)
Doctor for each of us to focus on our individual health/mental health needs
Plan Work/School/Sleep Schedule for all

Finance Goals

Get our first $10,000 in the bank
Continue following our Budget
Decrease our budget by 10%
Increase current income

Mental Health Goals

Journaling/Blogging
Taking some "me time" when needed
Talking to trusted friends when needed
Creating healthy boundaries
Time away

Relationship Goals

Date night two times a month
Prioritize Romance and fun
Spend more time with friends
Girls trip in November 2025

Career Goals

End Everyday at Work/On the same page with my co-worker
Push for Supervision
Attend work events/meetings/meet ups
Create a positive workspace 
Upskill and do short courses
Take leave when overwhelmed

Health and Wellness Goals

Start a Mood Journal
Regular Doctor Check ins
Health and Fitness App
Cut Sugar and Alcohol

Travel Goals

Get Passport
Take son on his first Fishing Charter Trip
Girls trip in November 2025
Spend Christmas in another country
