Chicken and Cashew Nut Stir Fry

Ingredients


1 lrg chicken breast
1 onion
half a red capsicum
handful or mor of green beans
tablespoon of oil
half a cup of cashews
KanTong chicken and cashew nut packet.

Method


  1. Put the rice on.
  2. Chop onion and capsicum and set aside.
  3. Chop chicken breast into pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a pan (medium heat) and brown off your chicken pieces.
  5. Add capsicum, beans and onion.
  6. Stir in packet of KanTong sauce.
  7. Stir in cashew nuts at the end.


And the result.. Amazing!

Both ate all the chicken, rice and nuts. Beans & Capsicum had to be encouraged but they did eat them!! :)
