Ingredients:
1tablespoon butter
1 medium onion diced
1 packet of mushrooms
1 container of thickened cream
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1tablespoon of garlic
1/2 packet of Parmesan cheese
Method:
Slice chicken breast in half and pan fry in oil on hot heat until brown on each side
In a seperate pan/wok, use butter to sauté mushrooms, onion and garlic until brown on medium heat
Add cream, cornflour and Parmesan and stir until thick
Add chicken and serve with mashed potato, potato gems or chips and salad. Also yummy on a jacket potato!
