415g can of Salmon, drained
500g Sweet Potato, boiled and mashed
1 egg, beaten
1 dill cucumber, grated
1 cup cheese, grated
Plain (Gluten Free) flour
Drain salmon and lightly flake.
Combine salmon with the rest of the ingregients in a large bowl.
Roll into balls and lightly coat in plain flour.
Pan fry in onlive oil until golden brown and cripsy.
